Jill Frechette - Spanish and esl Teacher

Jill is joining the FWLA team in the summer of 2024. She is a passionate and highly skilled Spanish teacher.

She has taught in public schools in MA for over 26 years. She has also traveled to Spain to accompany students, and has spent time in Madrid to hone her Spanish skills and get immersed in the culture.

Jill’s education includes a B.S. in Business Administration, a B.A. in Spanish, and a M.A.T from Rivier college.

Jill is certified in PreK-12 in Spanish.

In addition, she has over 5 years of experience teaching ELL to all levels. She is very excited to introduce ESL classes at Fun World Language Academy in the fall of 2024!

Rachel Sargent - Academic Advisor

Rachel joined the FWLA team in the summer of 2024. She is a skilled Spanish teacher with close to 13 years of experience educating high school students of various levels of proficiency. In addition, she has expertise in curriculum design for a major MA school district, and a strong background in creating proficiency and accessibility-based instruction for ensuring high student success.

She is originally from Windham NH. She came to MA in order to get her degrees – a Bachelor’s in Spanish and a Master’s Degree in Teaching, both from Clark University.

Rachel has also spent time living in Madrid, Spain to hone her Spanish skills and to get immersed in the Spanish culture. She loves sharing her cultural experiences with her students.

Silvia Dubinsky

Silvia is the founder of Fun World Language Academy and is in charge of all things business- and organization-related. She is a native Bulgarian speaker and is raising a bilingual daughter. Silvia has experience with young children through volunteering at her daughter’s school and working in Head Start preschool classrooms as a research assistant. She has a strong interest in the link between bilingualism and brain development in young children.

Silvia has a background in financial services, where she worked for renowned companies for close to 10 years. Before starting a career in financial services, she earned her MBA in entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Her hobbies include traveling, and — no surprise — studying foreign languages. She is starting to learn Hebrew, and she knows a bit of Russian, too. She hopes to get closer to fluent in those languages soon.

Elizabeth Conroy - Spanish teacher

Senora Conroy has many years of experience teaching Spanish in public schools in MA. Her adventurous spirit has also taken her around the world – she has taught English in Japan and the Philippines in the 1980’s and she did the famous trek in Europe El Camino De Santiago where she practiced her Spanish skills.

She has a BA in Elementary and Bilingual Education from Boston College and a MA in Educational Management from Lesley University.

She also has many currently active certifications and professional Licenses, including: Sheltered English Immersion (SEI), Elementary Education, Bilingual Elementary K-8 education, and more.

Daniela Mrozinski

Ms. Daniela, French classes for children.

Daniela is a native bilingual German and French speaker who lived in both countries before coming to the US in 2016. She has extensive experience teaching both German and French to children in her native Germany.

In addition to teaching at Fun World Language Academy, Daniela is also a teacher at the German Saturday School of MA. She is a member of the American Association of Teachers of German.

Daniela enjoys working with children of all ages and teaches them not only the language but also the different cultures of each country. She encourages learning by celebrating holidays, singing songs, and playing games. She believes that language is powerful knowledge that shapes the way we think and interact.
